Laundry Room
The building is equipped with a laundry room in the building basement that is for the exclusive use of residents.
Cost: Users may purchase a laundry machine usage card from a vending device in the laundry room for $10- which comes with a $5- balance on it. The card can then be replenished from the same device using cash ($5, $10 & $20 bills) as well as credit and debit cards. The Speed Queen app can be used to view machines in use and and offers an option to pay through the app.
Access: 7:00 AM to Midnight - last wash at 11:45 PM
Community Room*
The community room, located at Suite 1C on the ground floor, is available for various functions. Its use is subject to specific terms, conditions and fees. The space must be scheduled with the Superintendent and/or managing agent. The charge for use of the room is $50 per hour payable by check in advance.

On-Site Parking*
Caton Towers has on-site parking for cars and motocycles.
Cost: Parking spaces are $290- per month and are subject to availability.

Cost: Storage lockers are $90- per month and are subject to availability.
