Board of Directors

The board of directors consists of nine volunteer shareholders. They are elected at the annual meeting of shareholders in May. The board governs and oversees the management of the co-op, including its finances, infrastructure, buying and selling of apartments, hiring of staff, contractors, and so forth. The board's decisions are implemented by the building staff and its managing agent, Century Management. To contact the board, email them at board@catontowers.org.
