Doorman

A doorman is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Elevators

Caton Towers is serviced by two passenger elevators and one freight elevator which doubles as a passendger elevator when not in service as such.

Laundry Room

The building is equipped with a laundry room in the basement that is for the exclusive use of shareholders and tenants. Users may purchase a laundry machine usage card from a vending device in the laundry room. The laundry room is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to midnight (last wash at 11:45PM).

Included Utilities

Central air conditioning and natural gas (for cooking) are included in the cost of monthly maintenence.

Community Room*

The community room, located at Suite 1C on the ground floor, is available to shareholders of Caton Towers for various functions. Its use is subject to specific terms, conditions and fees.

On-Site Parking *

Caton Towers has on-site parking for cars and motocycles.

Storage Lockers *

Caton Towers has storage spaces located in the basement.

Video Security

Our doorman monitors activity in the elevators, garage, laundry room and rear entrance at all times from the front desk console. All video is recorded.

Bicycle Storage *

Caton Towers has bike spaces located in the basement.

* These fee based amenities are available to shareholders only and are subject to availability. Fees for monthly recurring amenities are added to the shareholder's monthly maintenance invoice.
